Apple Crest Orchards offers 15 different varieties of apples, cider, red and black raspberries, sour cherries, peaches, plums, and live vegetable plants for your garden or patio. Here is a great article about Audrey in the Post-Gazette.

Bluebird Farm offers a wide range of organic vegetables, herbs, flowers, mushrooms, and eggs, all certified organic by the Ohio Ecological Food and Farm Assn. Vegetables include garlic, onions, lettuce, greens, beans, cucumbers, summer squash, potatoes, peas, tomatoes, peppers, cabbage, broccoli, beets, carrots, and spinach.

Bread Spreads by Susan offers over 75 assorted varieties of homemade jams and jellies, including "sugar-free" versions, peanut brittle, fudge, and sweet breads made from zucchini, pumpkin, and banana.

Cherry Valley Organics offers a wide range of certified organic products, including greens and other seasonal vegetables, cut flowers, select baked goods, fresh and dried herbs, and scented herbal products. They were one of the founding vendors of the Market and we are very pleased that they will be here again this year.

Cinco De Mayo Salsas offers fresh made salsas, dips, relishes, chutneys, mole sauces, roasted garlic, and pickled peppers and vegetables. And chips to eat them with. Arturo is an experienced vendor who appears at many markets and we are delighted to have him here.

Emerald Valley Artisan Cheese uses all natural, whole, raw milk with no added hormones, food colorings, or preservatives to make traditional, hand-crafted cheeses. Working from their dairy just north of Scenery Hill, they make cheddar, smoked cheddar, colby, swiss, hot pepper, mozzarella, farmers, and feta. In addition, they offer a wide variety of cheese spreads made from their own soft and delicious fromage blanc (a traditional french fresh cheese). Unlike most commercial cheese spreads, these spreads contain no gums or other extraneous additives, just a soft, spreadable cheese and the herbs, vegetables, and other cheeses used to flavor the spread. Emerald Valley has just added farm-raised veal (no hormones, no antibiotics, all-natural) to their offerings.


Gosia's Pierogies offers delicious home-made pierogies in a variety of fillings: potato/cheese, cottage cheese, sauerkraut, sweet cabbage, and prune. These are very popular. They are often fried at the Market and are available both fresh and frozen.
Hawg Heaven offers tender barbequed meats and sandwiches, hot from the grill. They also offer delicious beans and slaw.

Jodikinos Farms offers a huge range of plants and produce: annual flower and vegetable plants, cut flowers, hanging baskets, beans, corn, tomatoes, pickles, cauliflower, cucumbers, eggplant, zucchini, potatoes, sweet potatoes, peppers, peas, lettuce, beets, butternut and acorn squash, pumpkins, broccoli, cabbage, kale, greens, kohlrabi, collards, garlic, green onions, Spanish onions, radishes, apples cantaloupe, cherries, grapes, nectarines, peaches, plums, strawberries, watermelon, and cider.

The Kiwanis Club of Washington PA offers fresh-squeezed lemonade made at the Market. Their last day this season will be October 16.
Mr. Cheesecake offers fourteen varieties of cheesecakes, a range of cookies, and maybe some cakes as well. The cheesecakes include original, strawberry swirl, pumpkin, English toffee, peanut butter cup and several liqueurs-based cheesecakes such as Grand Marnier and Kahlua. They are offered by the slice, but entire cheesecakes can be ordered at the Market (or in advance). A nice article about Mr. Cheesecake can be seen here. Simmons Farm offers a vast array of plants and produce: Simmons' sweet corn, cucumbers, tomatoes, cabbage, beets, apples (10 varieties), pumpkins, winter and summer squashes, melons, strawberries, sweet peas, green beans, potatoes, broccoli, peppers, peaches, onions, cut flowers and hanging baskets, flats of annual & perennial flowers, bedding plants for the garden, corn stalks and cider.
The Spring House offers homemade baked goods including excellent pies, cookies, and breads; chocolate milk, buttermilk, smoked hams and salmon, cheese spreads, pasta and potato salads, and casseroles of many sorts. If you are looking for a take-out dinner at the Market, the Spring House is a very great place to start.

Strath an De' Farm offers entirely grass-fed, all-natural Scottish Highland Beef, raised in the rolling hills of Greene County. It is available frozen, canned, and as jerky. Barbara also offers some truly amazing cattle horns and hides as well.
Toboggan Farms offers many forms of delicious pork (both fresh and smoked), as well as eggs from free-range chickens.

Wild Alaskan Salmon Company sells only the best of Alaskan seafood. Our wild salmon is a PREMIUM grade and all are hand picked for their quality. Our fisherman are all Alaska Quality Seafood (AQS) certified. The AQS certification is a very comprehensive program involving all stages of harvesting and processing. Our adherence to the strictest seafood guidelines in the nation ensures that you will receive top quality, consistently premium graded salmon every time you purchase our salmon! Wild Alaskan Salmon Company also sells Wild Alaskan Halibut, Black Cod, and smoked salmon!
Wild River Kettle Korn offers kettle corn, made fresh at the
Market.
This year, we will be featuring the wines of several local wineries. Bovine Wines will be appearing on the first week of each month, Plum Run Winery will be appearing on the second week of each month, and C.T. Wood Street Bread offers hearth baked breads, made daily from scratch, using the most wholesome ingredients. Their breads include baguettes, French, organic whole wheat, honey whole wheat, six-grain, deli rye, jalapeno cheddar, calamata olive, challah, oatmeal raisin, cherry chocolate, pull-apart dinner rolls and sandwich buns. Their breads contain NO Trans Fats - NO Oils - NO Preservatives - NO Additives.


Zrimm's Farm offers a wide range of fruits and vegetables, 50 varieties of herbs, vegetable plants, flowers, and baskets. And two very charming farmers.
